About the Course:

  • By the end of this course you will know how to build a beautiful landing page that has an interactive map - that is, your players can click on an icon like a town or mountain range and have a description of the icon pop open in Roll20.
  • Further, you will feel confident about integrating an API script into your Roll20 Campaign and you will learn to create a useful calendar on the splash page that is linked to your campaign journal.
  • Finally, you will also see how to build an engaging NPC tracker that helps your players engage with your story.
  • This course includes downloadable instructional handouts and art objects to build a practice splash page.

Who this Course is For:  This course is for Game Masters who are using Roll20 and want to maximize the virtual tabletop’s ability to engage their players.  In my example I will use a 5E campaign - but my techniques are applicable to any game system and both purchased and user built campaigns.

Learn How to Create an Engaging Splash Page.

Splash Pages allow players to track the party's location on maps, and reference those maps by clicking on the locations they depict.
